  1. Oversee and manage all technology systems and processes within Gap stores, ensuring they are functioning properly and meeting the needs of customers and employees.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness through the use of technology, such as streamlining processes and implementing new tools and systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and provide solutions that will enhance the overall store experience for customers.
  4. Train and educate store employees on how to use technology systems and processes effectively, ensuring they are equipped to provide the best customer service possible.
  5. Monitor and analyze store data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance store operations.

Job Qualifications
