This leader supports team in design, development, and execution oflearning programs. This role adapts tonew ways of working, problem solves, takes initiative to drive results,improves collaboration, effectiveness and efficiency in learning programs. Evaluate and measure results on trainingprogram effectiveness. Work with leaders to identify training andonboarding needs Own LMS and track completion of mandatorytraining programs. Design and deliver learning solutions thatare leveraged at the campus and network level In partnership with Operations and HR, createand or customize learning curriculum and collateral to build employee skills /competencies. Maintain current L&D industry knowledge.
