- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Continuously strive to improve and innovate store operations and processes.
- Represent the Gap brand and values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Meeting Financial Targets.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
