8. Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing and knowledgeable staff.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make informed business decisions.
11. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
12. Collaborate with other General Managers and corporate teams to share best practices and drive overall company success.
13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
14. Continuously strive to improve and innovate store operations and processes.
15. Represent the Gap brand and values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
