- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for improvement in supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain strategy with other business functions.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and partners to ensure ethical sourcing and sustainable practices.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, ensuring continuity of operations and minimizing disruptions.
- Present regular reports and updates on supply chain performance to senior leadership and make recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the supply chain team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain operations.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, promoting transparency and alignment in supply chain strategy.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Leadership Or Strategic Role.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Supply Chain Strategies In A Large, Multi-National Retail Company.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision Making And Optimize Supply Chain Processes.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
