  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our eCommerce platform, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new products and features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and ensure our offerings are competitive and innovative.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth and development.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the user experience team to ensure a seamless and intuitive online shopping experience for our customers.
  • Utilize data and metrics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and maintain strong relationships that support our product strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and identify potential opportunities for growth.
