Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement successful leadership development programs to help the organization reach its business goals • Utilize talent development, coaching, and organizational development skills to support the organization’s leadership team • Research and recommend best practices for leadership development tools and processes • Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, HR, and members of the business units • Provide inspiring leadership to the organization’s leadership team • Regularly assess leadership development programs to ensure they are meeting organizational goals • Utilize data to identify and address areas of improvement in the organization’s leadership development program • Support the organization’s culture of continuous learning and development
