- Develop and implement digital operations strategies and processes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our e-commerce operations.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our digital platforms, including website, mobile app, and other online channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of digital operations with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and drive scalable growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the best possible service and support for our digital operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital operations to continuously innovate and improve our processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital operations specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of new digital tools and technologies to optimize our e-commerce operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to digital operations.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Digital Operations Or E-Commerce Management.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Analytics.
Experience Managing And Optimizing Online Platforms And Systems, Such As E-Commerce Websites And Mobile Apps.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.
