  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Gap that aligns with the brand vision and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of social media specialists to create engaging and on-brand content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all social media content is consistent with the overall brand messaging and visuals.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and evolve Gap's social media presence.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to track the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
  6. Work closely with the marketing and PR teams to integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to amplify Gap's social media reach and engagement.
  8. Ensure that all social media content is compliant with legal and ethical guidelines.
  9. Manage the social media budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  10. Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction for social media campaigns and initiatives.
  11. Represent Gap at industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest trends.
  12. Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  13. Monitor user-generated content and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Implement strategies to increase social media followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve social media processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
