  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar and equipment.
  4. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff.
  5. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer any questions about our coffee offerings.
  6. Promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all customers and fellow team members.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations during busy periods.
  8. Continuously learn and improve beverage-making techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  9. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance guidelines.
  11. Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
  12. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
  13. Communicate any customer feedback or issues to management promptly.
  14. Attend and participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
  15. Embody the company's values of teamwork, innovation, and creativity in all interactions with customers and team members.
