  1. Develop and execute the overall visual direction and aesthetic of the Gap brand across various channels, including digital, print, and in-store.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, merchandising, and creative to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to continually evolve and elevate the Gap brand's visual identity.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of designers and artists, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work that aligns with brand standards.
  5. Conceptualize and present campaign ideas and visual concepts that support the brand's overall messaging and goals.
  6. Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  7. Work closely with the creative director to maintain brand integrity and ensure all creative aligns with the brand's standards and guidelines.
  8. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute campaigns and projects that are in line with the brand's vision.
  9. Conduct regular market research and consumer insights to inform and guide creative decisions.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with relevant industry contacts and vendors to source new and innovative ideas for the brand.
  11. Constantly review and evaluate the effectiveness of visual strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of the Gap brand, its values, and its target audience to effectively communicate its message through visual elements.
  13. Stay informed on the latest design software and technologies to continually improve and innovate the brand's visual presence.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all creative and visual elements accurately represent the Gap brand and its values.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Design Software.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Creative Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Brand.

  • Strong Conceptualization And Design Skills With The Ability To Create Visually Appealing And Effective Marketing Campaigns.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Meet Tight Deadlines And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
