
Assistant Manager, Merchandising

You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ needs, developing merchandising plans, and managing the implementation of product initiatives.Required qualifications include:2-3+ years of retail merchandising experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational skillsStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to analyze data and make decisionsDemonstrated success in a sales or customer-focused environmentKnowledge of retail operations and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities:
- Assist Store and Regional Management teams in developing and executing merchandising plans.
- Analyze customers’ needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Implement product initiatives and ensure their successful execution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all merchandising activities.
- Monitor store performance and provide feedback to management.
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Develop promotional materials and display strategies.
- Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to maximize sales.
- Support the store team in achieving sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
