Asset Protection Service Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment in the store.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to customers and store staff.
3. Respond quickly to security incidents and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
4. Identify and report potential security risks.
5. Work collaboratively with other members of the Asset Protection team.
6. Remain alert and aware of all activities in the store.
7. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and complaints.
8. Maintain accurate records of all incidents.
9. Assist in the enforcement of store policies and procedures.
10. Perform regular store inspections to identify security risks.
