  1. Monitor and patrol the store premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security threats.
  2. Identify and report any suspicious behavior or activity to the appropriate authorities.
  3. Conduct regular security checks and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Utilize surveillance cameras and other security systems to deter and detect potential security breaches.
  5. Investigate and document incidents of theft, fraud, and other security-related issues.
  6. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement effective security strategies.
  7. Communicate and coordinate with law enforcement and other outside agencies as needed.
  8. Train and educate store employees on security protocols and procedures.
  9. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with lost and found items and addressing customer concerns related to security.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents and activities.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in asset protection.
  12. Adhere to all safety and security guidelines and regulations.
  13. Act as a role model for upholding company values and promoting a safe and secure work environment.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as Loss Prevention and Human Resources, to address security issues and concerns.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
