Responsibilities: -Monitoring customer behaviour in the store and intervening when necessary to ensure a secure and safe shopping environment -Recognizing and responding to potential security threats and criminal activity -Investigating incidents of theft and fraud -Maintaining records and completing incident reports -Enforcing store policies and procedures -Providing customer service and resolving customer complaints -Working with store personnel to ensure compliance with security protocols -Conducting regular safety and security checks -Assisting with crowd control and ensuring the orderly flow of customers in the store -Remaining alert and professional at all times
