Asset Protection Service Representative

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Asset Protection Service Representative to join our team at Gap. The successful candidate must be able to work in a busy environment and have excellent communication skills.The Asset Protection Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for shoppers and team members. You’ll be responsible for monitoring the store, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with other departments. In addition, you’ll be responsible for identifying and preventing shoplifting and other security risks.The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous experience in the security or asset protection field. You should also be able to think quickly and use sound judgement in emergency situations. We’re looking for someone who is customer service oriented and takes initiative in problem-solving. 8. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of security and asset protection procedures and policies.
9. Document any suspicious activities and security incidents.
10. Investigate and report any security breach or violation of policies.
