Asset Protection Service Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor customers and store activities to identify any potential theft or suspicious behavior.
2. Utilize security equipment such as CCTV cameras to detect and deter theft and other suspicious activities.
3. Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers.
4. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
5. Respond to security alarms and take appropriate action.
6. Investigate incidents of shoplifting and other criminal activities and take appropriate action.
7. Maintain a thorough knowledge of store policies regarding customer service, asset protection, and safety.
8. Report all incidents to the appropriate authorities.
9. Maintain detailed reports of all incidents and actions taken.
10. Assist with training and educating other employees in asset protection procedures.
