As the Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the asset protection efforts for multiple stores in your designated region. - Develop and implement asset protection policies and procedures for all stores in the designated region.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with asset protection protocols and address any issues or concerns.
- Train and educate store management and employees on proper asset protection techniques and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze asset protection data and trends to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and risks.
- Collaborate with store managers and corporate teams to develop and implement strategies for reducing shrinkage and improving overall security.
- Investigate and resolve any incidents or cases of theft or fraud in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of security systems and equipment in all stores within the region.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to asset protection.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in asset protection, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other external partners to support asset protection efforts.
- Provide guidance and support to store teams during emergency situations, such as natural disasters or security threats.
- Monitor and manage the budget for asset protection activities, including equipment, training, and personnel.
- Act as a role model and leader for the asset protection team, promoting a culture of safety and security throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Or Security Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Retail Operations And Inventory Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Asset Protection Strategies.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team.
