- Develop and implement strategies to prevent loss and minimize risk for Gap stores in the designated area.
- Lead and manage a team of Asset Protection Specialists to ensure the safety and security of store assets, employees, and customers.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and take appropriate action to address them.
- Train and educate store employees on proper security procedures and protocols to prevent theft, fraud, and other risks.
- Collaborate with store management and cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall security measures.
- Monitor and analyze store data and trends related to asset protection, and report findings to senior management.
- Investigate and resolve any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches, and work with law enforcement as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in asset protection to continuously improve and enhance Gap's security protocols.
- Conduct regular store visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to asset protection.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the Asset Protection team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Or Retail Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Inventory Management, And Security Procedures.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing And Developing Teams.
Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Abilities.
