  1. Develop and implement effective asset protection strategies and procedures to minimize loss and maximize profits for the company.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
  3. Train and educate store managers and team members on asset protection policies, procedures, and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Investigate and resolve any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns that may pose a risk to the company's assets.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in asset protection technology to continuously improve and enhance the company's security measures.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and other external partners to support the company's asset protection efforts.
  9. Provide leadership and guidance to the asset protection team, setting clear goals and expectations and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on asset protection initiatives and performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Or Retail Security Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Laws Related To Theft, Fraud, And Safety.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Asset Protection Specialists.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With All Levels Of The Organization.
