- Develop and implement brand protection strategies to maintain the integrity and reputation of the Gap brand globally.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and online platforms to identify potential risks and threats to the brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure brand protection measures are aligned with business goals.
- Conduct investigations and partner with law enforcement agencies to take action against counterfeit products and trademark infringements.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law firms and vendors, to support brand protection efforts.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in brand protection to continuously improve and evolve strategies.
- Develop and deliver training and educational programs to internal teams and external partners on brand protection policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Review and analyze data and metrics to report on the effectiveness of brand protection efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting and upholding the values and mission of Gap in all brand protection activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Brand Protection Or Anti-Counterfeiting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Intellectual Property Laws And Regulations In The Asia Pacific Region.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
