  1. Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.
  2. Ensure compliance with all payroll laws, regulations, and company policies.
  3. Utilize analytical skills to identify and resolve any discrepancies in payroll data.
  4. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate employee data for payroll processing.
  5. Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information.
  6. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders.
  7. Assist with year-end payroll processes such as W-2 preparation.
  8. Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  9. Respond to employee inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  10. Work closely with finance team to reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of payroll processing.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for payroll processes and regulations.
  13. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments.
  15. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure proper record retention.
  16. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to payroll as assigned by management.
  17. Continuously strive to improve processes and systems related to payroll.
  18. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
  19. Keep supervisor informed of any issues or concerns related to payroll processing.
  20. Adhere to company values and ethics.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Payroll Analysis, Preferably In A Retail Or Multi-Unit Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Payroll Laws And Regulations.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Experience With Payroll Software Systems.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With A Strong Attention To Detail.
