Client Advisor

At Ganni, our Client Advisors are the face of our company and the primary point of contact for our customers. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for fashion. Our ideal candidate is an organized, personable, and reliable individual who is able to provide a high-level of service and build strong customer relationships.The successful candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an understanding of current fashion trends. They should have a strong attention to detail, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

1. Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Develop and maintain good customer relationships.
3. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
4. Process customer orders and payments.
5. Provide product recommendations and advice on current fashion trends.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.
7. Follow store safety and security procedures.
8. Work collaboratively with other customer service personnel.
9. Monitor customer feedback and provide timely responses.
10. Work flexible hours and evening shifts as needed.
