The HR Generalist is responsible for managing tactical employee relations issues, recruitment, compensation, benefits, reporting and EHS tracking & safety training for the Baltimore plant. Process hourly payroll on a weekly basis. Generate necessary reports for payroll and HR. Coordinate all HR related documents for job/employee status changes for employees. Plan, coordinate and facilitate various training programs in compliance with OSHA regulations and standards. Maintain proper documentation and assist with employee relations issues and vendor/supplier communication. Conduct new hire orientation and ensure rules, regulations, and CBA information is reviewed and understood.
