Job Description

At G4S Secure Solutions, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Helpdesk Operative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in security and help us continue to provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A customer-focused approach is essential, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure and provide quick resolutions to customer issues. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience, be IT literate and have experience of using customer service software. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is also required.If you have the passion and drive to succeed, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to G4S Secure Solutions clients.
  2. Effectively communicate with customers to quickly resolve customer issues.
  3. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Remain calm under pressure.
  5. Maintain a customer-focused approach.
  6. Utilize customer service software.
  7. Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  8. Troubleshoot and solve customer problems.
