Job Description

Fujifilm Holdings is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance - Risk Assessment Manager who is passionate about maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring that our processes and products meet the highest level of safety and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills to identify any areas of risk within our operations. They will be responsible for managing the audit process, analyzing and evaluating the results, and making recommendations for improvement.The successful applicant should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. An advanced degree in Quality Assurance or Risk Management is strongly preferred. Additionally, they should have experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of ISO and FDA standards.The Quality Assurance - Risk Assessment Manager must be an organized, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, as well as the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment. A professional demeanor, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with tight deadlines and shifting priorities are essential.
