Job Description

Fujifilm Holdings is searching for a seasoned Manufacturing Manager - Downstream to join our team and drive our continued success in the face of an ever-changing industry. Our ideal candidate will bring the technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and creative solutions needed to optimize our manufacturing processes and facilitate stronger relationships with our customers. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field and have 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. A strong understanding of downstream manufacturing and organizational management is essential for this role, along with exceptional decision-making and communication skills. The ability to lead and inspire a team is a must. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a proven record of developing and implementing successful strategies for improvement in production processes, cost reduction, and quality assurance.
