Job Description

Fujifilm Holdings is seeking an experienced and motivated Director, Drug Product Operations to join our team. As a key leader in our drug product operations, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our product operations and overseeing the management of the drug product lifecycle. You must have the vision, skills, and commitment to lead the Drug Product Operations team and contribute to the overall success of our organization.The successful candidate must have strong experience in drug product operations, including knowledge of regulatory requirements, product development and manufacturing, and quality assurance. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required and a Master’s degree or PhD is preferred. You must also have a minimum of 10 years of experience in drug product operations, preferably in a management or leadership role. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. You must also demonstrate a high degree of creativity, innovation, and leadership to lead our team in meeting our business objectives.If you are an experienced and motivated leader who is committed to driving the success of our drug product operations, we want to hear from you.
