
Associate Director, Upstream Process Development
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Director, Upstream Process Development to join Fujifilm Holdings' growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of Upstream Processes for a wide variety of products. The successful candidate will possess strong technical and leadership skills and have a track record of success in the biotech/biopharmaceutical industry.To be successful in this role, you must have a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of industrial experience in upstream process development. You must also have extensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and related regulatory guidelines. A strong working knowledge of cell culture, fermentation, and chromatographic processes is essential.We seek a hands-on individual with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and excellent communication skills.
