This individual will be responsible for driving the strategy and design of our executive compensation plans, including base salary, equity, bonus and other incentives.This role requires a strategic thinker who can act strategically and independently to improve our executive compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive compensation, deep understanding of compensation best practices, and experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
