Director, Executive Compensation

We’re looking for an experienced Director, Executive Compensation to join Freshworks and lead the development of executive compensation programs that are aligned with our company goals and culture. This individual will be responsible for driving the strategy and design of our executive compensation plans, including base salary, equity, bonus and other incentives.This role requires a strategic thinker who can act strategically and independently to improve our executive compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive compensation, deep understanding of compensation best practices, and experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
