Sr. HR Coordinator

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, an advanced degree in Human Resources, or a related field, and experience with HRIS systems. In addition, the Sr. HR Coordinator should have the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, build rapport with candidates, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. An enthusiastic attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to think logically and creatively is also essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and conducting background checks.
2. Maintain accurate payroll records and process payroll in a timely manner.
3. Develop and implement performance management processes and procedures.
4. Maintain HRIS system and ensure data accuracy.
5. Analyze employee data and create reports as needed.
6. Provide advice, guidance, and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
7. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action.
8. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with local and federal laws and regulations.
9. Create and maintain employee files and records.
10. Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
