
Sr. HR Coordinator
At Fresenius Medical Care, we are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly organized Sr. HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. As the Sr. HR Coordinator, you will be a key member of the HR team, taking ownership of a variety of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a combination of exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to quality customer service. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, an advanced degree in Human Resources, or a related field, and experience with HRIS systems. In addition, the Sr. HR Coordinator should have the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, build rapport with candidates, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. An enthusiastic attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to think logically and creatively is also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and process payroll in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement performance management processes and procedures.
- Maintain HRIS system and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze employee data and create reports as needed.
- Provide advice, guidance, and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with local and federal laws and regulations.
- Create and maintain employee files and records.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws
Proven Ability To Maintain Confidential Information
