Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care to patients with kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis setting
2. Maintain active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
3. Possess excellent clinical skills and a commitment to delivering superior, compassionate care
4. Stay current with the latest dialysis treatments and technologies
5. Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare providers
6. Monitor patient’s progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition
7. Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
8. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
9. Assist with patient education and discharge planning
