Job Description

At Fresenius Medical Care, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Lead Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. Our ideal candidate would have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. The Lead Front Desk Coordinator will ensure the efficient functioning of the front desk and be a friendly and welcoming face to all patients. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or front desk role• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and other office equipment• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities• Ability to work effectively in a team setting• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome patients to the facility in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and manage incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  3. Ensure the efficient functioning of the front desk and other administrative duties.
  4. Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures.
  5. Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  6. Monitor patient flow and ensure the timely completion of paperwork.
  7. Maintain patient records and other confidential information.
  8. Assist with office supply and equipment orders.
  9. Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  10. Assist with other tasks and duties as needed.
