Home Therapy Care Team Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Provide customer service to patients and their families in a professional and compassionate manner.
2. Assist with coordinating patient care and scheduling appointments.
3. Ensure that patient and family needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Utilize medical terminology appropriately and accurately.
6. Enter and maintain patient information in the appropriate software systems.
7. Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
8. Adhere to safety and infection control policies.
9. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
10. Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on advances in healthcare.
