We are looking for an experienced and organized Home Therapies Clinic Manager to join the Fresenius Medical Care team. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to manage a team of medical professionals. The successful candidate will have the necessary qualifications to provide superior patient care, keep the clinic running smoothly, and develop strategies to meet the needs of the clinic’s patients.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, as well as a background in medical care, healthcare administration, and/or home therapies. Proven leadership experience and excellent organizational skills are also required. The successful candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage competing demands. Responsibilities:

7. Oversee the training of new staff members.
8. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Monitor and evaluate clinic performance and make necessary adjustments.
