Job Description

This position requires a strong commitment to excellence, a compassionate attitude, and stellar organizational and communication skills.Required Qualifications: -Current RN license in good standing-A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Acute RN-Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills-Ability to work independently and in a team environment-Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams-Knowledge of nursing theories, clinical standards of care, and clinical research-Proficiency in computerized documentation systems-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-A dedication to providing excellent patient care

Responsibilities of an Acute RN:

-Provide direct patient care, including assessing and evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring patient progress -Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic tests in accordance with physicians’ orders -Document patient information in a timely and accurate manner, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations -Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams -Maintain current RN license in good standing -Stay up-to-date on the latest nursing theories, clinical standards of care, and clinical research -Utilize computerized documentation systems to accurately record patient information -Provide compassionate and empathetic patient care, and ensure a positive experience for each patient -Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure quality care is being provided
