- Analyze and underwrite affordable housing loan applications to assess risk and determine eligibility for Freddie Mac's policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Underwriting Affordable Housing Loans.
Strong Understanding Of Affordable Housing Programs, Including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits And Hud Programs.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Attention To Detail And Time Management Skills.
