Freddie Mac is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Stress Testing Analyst to join our team. We require an individual who is an excellent problem solver, has a keen eye for detail and can work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting stress testing to assess the financial stability and risk of our financial products.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in risk management, modeling or analytics. A strong background in mathematical modelling and quantitative analysis is essential, as well as an understanding of financial products and markets. In addition, we expect the candidate to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Excel and other analytical software, and have a strong understanding of financial regulations and risk management.We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about helping Freddie Mac reach its goals and is eager to make a positive impact. Responsibilities: • Conduct stress testing to assess the financial stability and risk of Freddie Mac’s financial products • Develop mathematical models and quantitative analyses to evaluate financial products and markets • Maintain knowledge of financial regulations and risk management • Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on analytical findings • Use Excel and other analytical software to evaluate data • Communicate with team members and stakeholders in a professional manner • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments • Provide support and guidance to other team members • Work independently and proactively to identify potential risks and solutions
