- Develop and implement operational risk management strategies and plans for the Single Family portfolio and servicing operations.
- Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks within the portfolio and servicing operations, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices are in place across all business units.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide timely reporting and updates to senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, to ensure a thorough understanding of the risks and controls within the portfolio and servicing operations.
- Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to operational risk management and proactively make recommendations for process improvements.
- Lead and participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational risk management processes and practices.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on operational risk management to educate and raise awareness among employees.
- Analyze data and trends to identify potential areas of risk and make recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls related to operational risk management.
- Foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability within the organization.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in operational risk management.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to business units on operational risk management matters.

This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Identifying Potential Operational Risks And Developing Effective Risk Mitigation Strategies.
Experience In Leading Operational Risk Projects: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Operational Risk Projects, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. This Includes Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments, Developing Risk Mitigation Plans, And Monitoring Risk Mitigation Activities.
