1. Lead the development and execution of Freddie Mac's technology roadmap, in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
2. Drive innovation and identify opportunities for leveraging technology to improve processes, increase efficiency, and deliver value to the organization.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Corporate Technology Strategy team, as well as cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.
4. Collaborate with business leaders to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
5. Ensure that all technology solutions adhere to industry best practices and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
6. Manage a team of technical professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure their continued growth and success.
7. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively identify potential opportunities and risks for the organization.
8. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to present technology strategies, plans, and progress.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external technology partners and vendors, leveraging their expertise and resources to support Freddie Mac's technology initiatives.
10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions and processes, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
11. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of technology solutions across the organization.
12. Foster a culture of continuous learning and drive a mindset of innovation and agility within the Corporate Technology Strategy team.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team and the organization.
