- Serve as a subject matter expert on employee relations matters and provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers throughout the organization.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and impartial resolution.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for policy updates as needed.
- Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics to educate managers and employees on best practices and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and compliance, to address complex employee relations issues.
