  1. Assist in researching and analyzing current and upcoming regulatory requirements and how they may impact the company.
  2. Support the Regulatory Affairs team in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory agencies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations and implement necessary changes.
  4. Stay updated on changes in the regulatory landscape and communicate any potential impacts to relevant teams.
  5. Participate in meetings and discussions related to regulatory affairs and provide input and recommendations.
  6. Help maintain accurate and organized records of regulatory documents and correspondence.
  7. Conduct research and gather information to support the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  8. Assist in conducting internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  9. Communicate with regulatory agencies as needed and assist in the preparation of responses to inquiries and requests.
  10. Work closely with the Legal department to review contracts and agreements for compliance with regulatory requirements.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Regulatory Affairs team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Public Policy, Or Law.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance And Industry Regulations, Preferably In The Financial Services Sector.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Apply Complex Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Software Programs Commonly Used In Regulatory Affairs.

  • Prior Experience Or Coursework In Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Or Government Relations Is Preferred.
