- Lead and manage a team of quantitative risk analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments using advanced quantitative techniques and tools to identify potential risks and their potential impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand their risk management needs and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance risk analysis processes and improve overall efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to risk management and make recommendations for improvement or implementation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to gather and share risk information and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders on risk analysis findings and recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Uphold a high standard of ethics and compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies in all job responsibilities.
Bachelor's Or Higher Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Or Finance.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Analytics, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Quantitative Risk Models And Methodologies, Such As Stress Testing, Scenario Analysis, And Value-At-Risk.
Proficient In Programming Languages And Tools Commonly Used In Risk Analytics, Such As Python, R, Sas, And Sql.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Lead A Team, Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, And Present Complex Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
