  1. Develop and implement quantitative models and analytical solutions to support risk management and investment strategies.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform modeling and analysis.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions to address them.
  5. Communicate complex quantitative concepts and findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  6. Conduct stress testing and sensitivity analysis to assess potential risks.
  7. Monitor and review model performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in model development and validation.
  9. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  10. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of team strategies.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of modeling and analysis.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.
  13. Mentor and train team members on modeling techniques and best practices.
  14. Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of internal documentation and procedures.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all activities.

Job Qualifications
