  1. Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions using Java and SQL.

  4. Continuously improve software development practices and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  7. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.

  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to facilitate their growth and development.
  10. Adhere to company coding standards and best practices to ensure the overall quality and maintainability of the codebase.
  11. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct thorough testing and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization by sharing knowledge and ideas with team members.
  13. Exhibit a strong commitment to meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Proficiency In Java Programming Language: A Professional Agile Developer At Freddie Mac Should Possess A Deep Understanding And Mastery Of Java Programming Language. This Includes Knowledge Of Core Concepts Such As Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, And Design Patterns.

  • Expertise In Sql And Database Management: This Role Also Requires A Strong Understanding Of Sql And Database Management. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Write Complex Sql Queries, Understand Database Design, And Have Experience In Optimizing Database Performance.

  • Experience With Agile Methodologies: As An Agile Developer, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Agile Principles And Methodologies, Such As Scrum And Kanban.
