
Ops Change/Program Management Senior

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operations and enhance performance.
- Lead and manage change management projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive solutions.
- Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Mentor and coach team members on project management best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in project management and change management.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges to project success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout all project phases.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management.
- Participate in the development and execution of company-wide initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Change Management Or Program Management Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, With Proven Experience In Successfully Leading Large-Scale Projects And Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Operational Processes And Procedures, With The Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement And Implement Effective Change Management Strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field, With A Master's Degree Preferred. Relevant Certifications Such As Pmp Or Six Sigma Are A Plus.
