  1. Conduct in-depth analysis and monitoring of multifamily loans and assets to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the performance of the multifamily portfolio.
  3. Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform decision making and provide valuable insights.
  5. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data and records related to the multifamily portfolio.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to multifamily asset management.
  7. Work closely with loan originators and underwriters to ensure accurate and timely loan servicing and management.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews of multifamily assets to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  9. Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects related to multifamily asset management.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with external partners, including borrowers, investors, and government agencies, to maintain positive relationships and ensure successful portfolio management.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members to support their professional development and contribute to a high-performing team.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the multifamily asset management function.
  13. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements and ensure proper risk management protocols are in place.
  14. Represent Freddie Mac in a professional manner and promote the company's mission and values in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Asset Management Or Multifamily Real Estate.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Reporting.

  • Familiarity With Multifamily Loan Underwriting And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
