- Oversee the management and coordination of all mortgage servicing programs at Freddie Mac.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure the success and effectiveness of mortgage servicing programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve and streamline mortgage servicing processes.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.

Extensive Experience In Mortgage Servicing Industry: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Mortgage Servicing Industry, Preferably With A Background In Program Management. This Experience Should Include A Deep Understanding Of Mortgage Servicing Operations, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Program Management Director Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Mortgage Servicing Professionals And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
