  1. Handle daily operations: The Investment & Capital Markets Operations Associate will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations in the investment and capital markets department. This includes managing trades, reconciling transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of all activities.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance: It is crucial for the associate to ensure that all investment and capital markets operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. They will be responsible for conducting regular audits and identifying any discrepancies.
  3. Monitor financial markets: The associate will be expected to closely monitor financial markets and keep abreast of any developments that may impact the company's investments. This includes analyzing market trends and providing insights to the team for decision-making.

  8. Adhere to company policies: The associate will be required to adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Investment Operations Or Capital Markets

  • Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Investment Products, Such As Mortgage-Backed Securities And Derivatives

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data
