  1. Design and implement effective identity and access management systems to protect sensitive information and maintain system integrity.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of security principles and industry best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of all systems and data.
  4. Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
  5. Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members and other departments.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues in a timely manner.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation for all identity and access management processes and procedures.
  10. Participate in the implementation of new systems and applications, ensuring they meet security standards.
  11. Train and educate employees on security best practices and procedures.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve identity and access management processes to enhance efficiency and security.
  13. Assist with compliance audits and ensure all security controls are in place and functioning effectively.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide support to other teams on security-related matters.
  15. Represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to identity and access management.
  16. Keep management informed of any significant security incidents or developments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Identity And Access Management, Preferably In A Senior Or Lead Role

  • Strong Understanding Of Iam Principles, Protocols, And Technologies Such As Saml, Oauth, And Ldap

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Iam Solutions Such As Okta, Microsoft Azure Ad, Or Ping Identity

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Design And Implement Iam Solutions That Meet Business Needs And Security Requirements.
