Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst to join Freddie Mac's Financial Planning & Analysis team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to support the organization's business decisions.The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate an understanding of financial concepts and theories and have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external parties in a professional and courteous manner.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis role. Knowledge of financial analysis techniques, forecasting methods, and budgeting processes is highly desired. Experience in the mortgage and/or financial services industry is preferred.

2. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support short and long-term planning.
3. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Monitor and track key performance indicators.
5. Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
6. Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
7. Stay abreast of financial markets, regulations, and trends to inform decisions.
8. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Provide technical and analytical support to the financial planning and analysis team.
10. Generate ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
